"25 To Life" tells the parallel stories of jobless writer, Terence Goh and his fictional alter-ego, Clarence Toh. Joblessness and writer’s block are wreaking havoc on Terence’s marriage and sanity. Desperate, he adapts his ‘crisis’ into a script about Clarence. Clarence works the nine-to-five editing television programme synopses. He dreams of making a film but his mortgage and obsessive-compulsive wife drive him nuts. Terence paints Clarence into a crisis at work but is clueless about what happens next. As his marriage worsens, Terence’s friendship with an ex-classmate, Ivy, develops further. With everything at stake, Terence has to make everything right.
